Wasserman Vornado Strategic Real Estate Fund is an opportunity fund formed by Wasserman Real Estate Capital LLC, Vornado Realty Trust and an additional group of strategic investors to pursue development acquisition and venture opportunities in unique real estate locations.
The $300 million plus opportunity funds’ objective is to deploy this capital, require, reposition, redevelop and develop unique projects in high-density, high-growth metropolitan areas in target markets. The initial investments by the Fund are in Granite Park, Pasadena, California; Hyde Park Village, Tampa, Florida; 550Q, West Palm Beach, Florida, and The Bryant, Boston, Massachusetts. These projects present more than $600 million of commitments by the Firm to date.
