Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, the company was founded by Bernard Wasserman in 1962. Since then, the Wasserman firm has been implementing its unique development, acquisition, financing and management strategies across the USA and Europe. Wasserman’s management team, working as a team for over 10 years with an average of 23 years in the industry, and its professionals are the building blocks of the firm’s success over the years.
Experienced Management Committee
David D. Wasserman, with over 23 years of real estate experience, leads the Wasserman team of 25 real estate professionals. Since 1985, Mr. Wasserman has piloted the Company's growth by creating and maintaining strategic relationships with established retail, prominent real estate funds, public companies and municipalities. He has identified the unique opportunities and strategies to develop the iconic projects in which the firm is currently investing.
Richard N. Wasserman, who has over 20 years of retail real estate experience, is responsible for all internal operations of the firm, including oversight of the Company's construction affiliate and asset management activities across the United States.
Bernard Wasserman, Chairman Emeritus, with more than 40 years of real estate experience, has been involved in all forms of property development, ownership, management, and financing. Mr. Wasserman has developed and maintained relationships with major retailers and REITs that have helped guide the significant expansion of the company's activities.
