Richard N. Wasserman

Mr. Wasserman is responsible for managing all day-to-day internal operations of the firm from both an asset management and operations standpoint. As Principal, he oversees the accounting, construction, development and property management departments in relation to Wasserman Real Estate Capital LLC and Fund development projects.
Since joining the firm in 1987, Mr. Wasserman has actively participated in the construction, development and property management of more than $2.5 billion of real estate development projects, with an additional $500 million of projects to come on-line within the next year. Mr. Wasserman has 20 years of real estate experience and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Rhode Island. Mr. Wasserman holds an A.B. degree from Columbia University and is a member of the Board of Overseers of Moses Brown School.
