In 1962, while running a textile mill, Bernie Wasserman entered into a commercial real estate venture in what he saw as a one-time deal. Little did he know at the time that the first shopping center he purchased would redirect his career ambitions and define his success. Within one year from completing his first shopping center, Mr. Wasserman focused on real estate. For forty years, Mr. Wasserman, the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Wasserman Real Estate Capital, LLC, has built his company's foundation and reputation through a hands-on approach in all forms of property development, ownership, management, and financing.
